For bookers

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your personal booking page. From this page you can manage everything: register participants, modify your booking, download your invoice and contact us. You don't need an account or password — the link in your email is your access.

Lost the email? Click on "My booking" at the top of the website, enter your email address and you will receive a new link.

Choose a location, date and time on our booking page. You can immediately see which golf pro is teaching the course, how many spots are still available and what the costs are. The price may vary per course, depending on the golf pro and location. After filling in your details, you pay securely via iDEAL or Bancontact. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after payment.

You pay directly when booking via iDEAL or Bancontact. After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email. You can download the invoice from your booking page — click on "Download invoice". The invoice is not sent by email, but is always available on your booking page.

Do you have a business? Fill in your company details and VAT number when booking — these will automatically appear on the invoice. You can also adjust your invoice details afterwards via your booking page.

After your booking, your participants will automatically receive an email with a personal registration link. They can fill in their details: name, height, handedness (left/right) and golf experience. This helps the golf pro prepare the course well. You can also fill in or adjust the details yourself via your booking page.

Via the link in your confirmation email, you can access your booking page. There you can:

  • Remove participants — you will receive a refund for each removed participant
  • Reschedule your booking — choose a different date, provided spots are available. If the price is lower, you will receive the difference back. If the price is higher, you pay the difference.

You can cancel your booking via your booking page. The consequences depend on the timing:

  • Cancel well in advance — you will receive a full refund to your bank account (5-10 business days)
  • Cancel shortly before the course — you will receive a voucher worth the paid amount
  • Partial cancellation — you can also remove one or more participants without cancelling the entire booking

The exact cancellation deadline is shown on your booking page. You can also cancel if the golf pro cancels the course (e.g. due to illness or bad weather) — in that case you will always receive a full refund or voucher.

You receive a voucher in case of a forced cancellation (e.g. if the course doesn't go ahead). Good to know:

  • No expiry date — you can always use the voucher
  • Redeem — enter the voucher code when booking a new course, the amount will be automatically deducted
  • Cash out — would you prefer your money back? Contact team ZalmGolf via your booking page
  • Remaining value — if the new course is cheaper, the remaining balance stays on your voucher

Via your booking page, you can send messages to two parties:

  • The golf pro — for questions about the course itself (content, preparation, location, what to bring)
  • Team ZalmGolf — for questions about your booking, payment, invoice, cancellation or voucher

You will receive the reply by email. All messages can also be read on your booking page.

Yes, when booking you indicate how many participants you want to register. Each participant receives their own registration link by email.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the golf pro decides whether the course goes ahead or is cancelled. You will be informed by email. In case of cancellation, you will receive a full refund or voucher.

You can remove participants via your booking page. Adding participants is not possible — book an additional spot if needed.

On your booking page you will find a "Download invoice" button. The invoice includes your company details if you entered them when booking.

Check your spam/junk folder. Otherwise, go to "My booking" on the website and request a new link with your email address.

Yes, if the voucher doesn't cover the full amount, you pay the remainder via iDEAL or Bancontact.

For participants

You have received an email with a personal registration link. Click the link to fill in your details. You don't need an account or password — the link in your email is your personal access. Lost the email? Ask the person who made the booking (the booker) to resend the registration link.

Via your registration link, you fill in the following details:

  • Name and email — so the golf pro knows who's coming
  • Height (in cm) — this is important for setting up golf clubs in the right size, especially for children
  • Handedness (left or right) — the golf pro will prepare right- or left-handed clubs for you
  • Golf experience — never played, been to a driving range a few times, or played more often

Filling in your details takes only 2 minutes. The golf pro uses this information to prepare the course well and set up the right equipment.

After filling in your details, you can register with the NGF (Dutch Golf Federation). This is not required, but recommended if you want to continue playing after the course. Benefits:

  • Continue playing — access to golf courses throughout the Netherlands
  • Handicap — you receive an official golf handicap
  • Insurance — as an NGF member you are automatically insured through a collective liability insurance for damage that may occur during golf (e.g. a ball hitting someone)

During registration, you fill in additional details such as your address, date of birth and IBAN.

Golf is a safe sport, but there are risks: a ball can hit someone or cause damage. Make sure you have good personal liability insurance. With an NGF registration, you are automatically additionally insured. Without NGF registration, you fall back on your own liability insurance — check with your insurer whether sports-related damage is covered.

A few days before the course, you will receive a preparation email with practical information. A few tips:

  • Arrive 15 minutes before the start
  • Wear sporty clothing and golf shoes (no high heels or flip-flops)
  • Golf clubs will be provided on site if you don't have them
  • Optionally bring water and sunscreen

The golf pro guides you throughout the entire course. You will learn the basics of golf, from the grip to the swing. At the end of the course, the golf pro will sign you off and you may take a theory exam if applicable.

After the course, you will receive an email asking you to evaluate the course. We kindly ask you to complete it — it takes only 1 minute. You give a rating (stars) for the golf pro, the golf course and the service, and you can optionally leave a comment. Your feedback helps us and the golf pro improve the courses.

Frequently asked questions — Participants

Ask the person who made the booking to fill in your details via the booking page, or ask them to resend the registration link.

No, only the person who made the booking (the booker) can cancel or modify the booking.

The exact duration varies per course and is shown when booking. On average, expect about half a day.
